The Humvee is the spirit of America’s military. Whether you watch a movie that features our forces, or see them on the news, chances are, a Humvee will soon appear on screen. This tough military veteran helped our troops get around on the battlefield or within bases in a swift and well-protected manner. And when they retire from active service, they get a distinguished farewell. Some of them enter civilian life with an excellent makeover for a second life, like this 1995 AM General Humvee. This particular vehicle has been done up as a no frills, bad ass black Rhino lined behemoth. With just 5,000 miles on the clock (yes, actual miles) it’s a great symbol of freedom, as well as a tribute to the freedom that we all enjoy thanks in no small part to the Humvee.
